Fulcrum's blended online learning approach is based on best practices to engage and motivate participants to help learning stick.

Bite-sized content includes videos, self-assessments, exercises, articles, reflection questions, worksheets, tools, models and job aids.

Learning content is spaced out over one month per topic and accessible 24/7 on a Learning Experience Platform for one year.

Participants increase motivation, mastery and program completion through the use of incentives, leaderboards and badges.

Fulcrum's facilitator moderates social community peer discussion before, during and after each program.

With a series of 3 or more topics, we provide a live virtual kickoff session and recommend a Capstone that integrates SMARTER Goals in an Individual Development Plan.

Each skill area topic measures 4 competencies pre and post training and after 3 months to demonstrate impact.

Each skill area topic includes a DISC assessment with job aids for future reference.

Two 2-hour online group coaching sessions for each skill area are delivered by Fulcrum's certified, expert facilitators to practice new skills and build behaviors.

Each participant's manager receives program goals and coaching questions to reinforce new skills and behaviors.

Follow up emails provide reinforcement of skills after the program is over (Group Coaching Program only).

Facilitators provide 1:1 written feedback for each skill area (Group Coaching Program only).
Targeted Leadership Development focuses on the latest trends for upskilling managers using real world challenges to engage and motivate talent in today's modern workplace.
DISC Professional Styles assessment is applied and contextualized for each skill area.
Managers interact and build a network and community to provide peer support during and after the program.
Learning is "stickier" and happens over time, giving managers the opportunity to practice and apply new skills with peer and instructor input and support.
Tailor talent development by choosing any skill area your managers need for their individual growth.
Group Coaching Capstone program includes creation of an Individual Development Plan using SMARTER Goals.
Access to program content, tools and live virtual session recordings for one year after program for future reference and application.
We use an engaging experience-based, flexible virtual learning approach that today's employees prefer, with dripped content taken at the participant's convenience, fitting into their busy schedule with minimal disruption.
Flexibility enables you to choose and pay for only the skill areas you need; consider any or all six skill areas plus the Capstone program. You choose the topic areas tailored to your organization's needs, scheduled at your convenience.
