Time Requirement: Each skill area is a 3 to 4 week learning journey with interactive, live virtual and self-study work, including two 2-hour group coaching sessions. Combine several program topics to create a series over three to twelve months.

Our Modern Managers Leadership Series is a transformative experience-based virtual group coaching development program for newer managers, emerging leaders, high potentials and early career talent who want to improve their people skills to more effectively respond to challenging situations in today's fast-paced business environment, especially during times of uncertainty and constant change.

Newer managers and supervisors will learn to improve team dynamics, lead with confidence, emotional intelligence,

and master strategies for effective change management.

Blended Online Learning Tools

EXPERIENCE-BASED

Fulcrum's blended online learning approach is based on best practices to engage and motivate participants to help learning stick.

MICROLEARNING

Bite-sized content includes videos, self-assessments, exercises, articles, reflection questions, worksheets, tools, models and job aids.

DRIPPED CONTENT

Learning content is spaced out over one month per topic and accessible 24/7 on a Learning Experience Platform for one year.

GAMIFICATION

Participants increase motivation, mastery and program completion through the use of incentives, leaderboards and badges.

PEER LEARNING & COLLABORATION

Fulcrum's facilitator moderates social community peer discussion before, during and after each program.

KICKOFF/CAPSTONE

SESSIONS

With a series of 3 or more topics, we provide a live virtual kickoff session and recommend a Capstone that integrates SMARTER Goals in an Individual Development Plan.

PRE/POST

MEASUREMENT

Each skill area topic measures 4 competencies pre and post training and after 3 months to demonstrate impact.

DISC

ASSESSMENT

Each skill area topic includes a DISC assessment with job aids for future reference.

LIVE VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Two 2-hour online group coaching sessions for each skill area are delivered by Fulcrum's certified, expert facilitators to practice new skills and build behaviors.

COACHING TIP SHEET

Each participant's manager receives program goals and coaching questions to reinforce new skills and behaviors.

REINFORCEMENT EMAILS

Follow up emails provide reinforcement of skills after the program is over (Group Coaching Program only).

PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK

Facilitators provide 1:1 written feedback for each skill area (Group Coaching Program only).
